　　一、客户需提供的资料(Documents should be provided by Customer ):

　　1)营业执照副本（Business license, duplicate）；

　　2)组织机构代码证副本( Code certificate , duplicate)；

　　3)税务证副本(Tax registration certificate, duplicate)；

　　4)开户行许可证( Account approval certificate , duplicate)；

　　5)公司章程复印件(Articles of association, copy )；

　　6)法定代表人身份证复印件( Legal person’s ID , copy )；

　　7)核销员身份证原件及小一寸彩照贰张 ( Forex declarerer’s ID and 1 inch photoes )；

　　8)公司公章(Company chop)；

　　9)提供公司办公电话、传真和电子邮箱( Company contact check-in )；

　　10)提供公司名称、地址的英文准确翻译(Company contact translation)；

　　以上各项未注明提交复印件的，甲方应当提交原件。

　　Party A should provide all the above documents which marked copies and which didn’t marked copy should submit original ones .

　　3)对外贸易经营者备案登记表(Foreign trade and business operators registration)；

　　5)核销员报考培训手续 （Forex declarerer check-in and traning application）

　　6)外汇账号备案( Foreign exchange account registration , USD account )；

　　7)海关电子口岸一套资料光盘等(Customs clearance E-system,etc )；

　　8)报检注册登记证明书(The registration certificate of inspection)；
