AMA迪拜于2017年10月19日签署收购协议，正式启动对迪拜大型本土券商100%股权的收购进程。

该券商成立于2005年11月，为迪拜黄金交易所第一家经纪会员单位，阿联酋证监会持牌机构。该券商由印度老牌上市券商INDITRADE Capital Ltd及迪拜王室持有经营，十年内屡获金融期货各类国内国际奖项，同时为阿联酋境内唯一开户即可无条件发放迪拜国民银行ENBD三方存管账户的券商。

收购周期预计最长不超两个月，收购完成后，AMA将全面实现“一人一户”政策，即所有会员单位可获得自有银行子账户，专项用于交易的清算结算和资金的划转支取，实现资金完全隔离的第三方托管。

同时，AMA还将正式启动以AMA为桥梁，无缝连接的计划，环球资讯会员单位将以最低费率清算到迪拜黄金交易所。
